About Me
Started at 16 building WordPress sites, grew into leading a development team, and made the full switch to AI automation. I don't have a degree, I have 4+ years of hands-on industry experience, 6 major automation systems shipped, and a deep understanding of how to connect LLMs, APIs, and databases into workflows that eliminate real workloads at scale.
"I don't build automations to impress, I build them to run in production, handle real edge cases, and make someone's job disappear."
Based in Pakistan, working remotely with clients across Canada, the US, and beyond. My background spans WordPress development, team leadership, and AI-native product building, which means I understand the full picture from client brief to deployed infrastructure. Every system I ship is documented, monitored, and handed over with a clear SOP.
Building intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows for clients. Designing and deploying end-to-end automation systems that integrate LLMs, APIs, and data pipelines into production-ready solutions.
Led the WordPress development department, end-to-end project execution, team performance, client communication, and SOP implementation. Primary point of contact translating business requirements into technical delivery.
Built high-quality responsive websites for businesses and individuals. Managed SEO responsibilities, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy.
AI automation systems I've built achieve up to 86% outreach response rates which is up from an industry baseline of 40%. Real workflows, shipped to production, running without manual intervention.
How I Work
Every system I build follows a deliberate five-phase process, from understanding your workflow all the way to a deployed, documented, monitored solution that runs without me in the loop.
Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and understand your business context deeply. Define the scope, success metrics, edge cases, and failure states before a single node is placed. Most automation failures happen here! I don't skip this step.
Design the full automation architecture before touching any tool. Choose the right stack, map data flows end-to-end, plan for fallbacks, retries, and error states. You see the full system on paper before I write a single line of logic.
Develop the automation in n8n (or the right stack for the job), connect all APIs, write custom JavaScript logic, and integrate LLMs with structured prompt engineering. Clean, documented, and maintainable, not a spaghetti of nodes.
Validate with real data across every defined scenario. Stress-test edge cases, verify error handling and retry logic, confirm LLM outputs stay within guardrails, and benchmark against the success metrics defined in discovery.
Deploy to production, configure monitoring and alerting, write clear SOPs for your team, and provide handover support. The goal is a system that runs reliably and independently, no dependency on me to keep it alive.
